Training development: Assisting with design of Salesforce user guides for business-specific processes
System Documentation: E.g,. solution explanations and process outlines for current and future administrators and consultants
Change Management Support: Project management and process development for refining needs, designing solutions collaboratively, user acceptance testing, and best practices for configuration deployment
Responsive support: Ongoing support for investigating urgent system errors
Data migrations and cleanup: Including data analysis and mapping support
Third-party support: Implementing and troubleshooting connected apps and installed packages in Salesforce
Service Package
The General Salesforce Consulting service is provided via pre-purchased consulting hours. After we have an understanding of your needs we'll propose an agreement, defining the initial scope of work and number of hours purchased. Costs, the number of hours, duration of the agreement, and additional terms may be negotiated.
